Service terms
Terms &
Conditions
These Terms of Service and Parking Conditions (“Terms”) govern parking and related services provided, operated or managed by Exclusive Parking San Francisco (“Exclusive Parking,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them before using our services.
Scope and services
These Terms apply when you park at a facility we operate or manage, purchase daily parking, maintain a monthly account, use valet service, participate in a business parking program, book through an online parking platform, visit this website or otherwise use an Exclusive Parking service.
By using a service, you agree to these Terms and to any posted facility rules, reservation conditions, parking agreements and reasonable instructions from authorized staff. Rates, hours, access requirements, vehicle limits and service availability may differ by location.
Our services may include public and daily parking, monthly parking, hotel and residential valet parking, parking-facility management, business parking programs and online reservations. Not every service is available at every property.
Using an Exclusive Parking facility
Drivers must follow posted signs, pavement markings, access controls, speed limits and lawful directions from parking personnel. Vehicles may be parked only in authorized areas and must not obstruct entrances, exits, fire lanes, emergency access, driveways, equipment, pedestrian paths or other vehicles.
Facilities may not be used for unlawful conduct, unauthorized storage, vehicle repairs or any activity that creates an unreasonable safety or operational risk.
Vehicle and facility restrictions
A location may limit vehicle height, width, length, weight, type or commercial use. Oversized vehicles may be prohibited or subject to a disclosed additional charge. Drivers are responsible for confirming that their vehicle meets posted limits before entering.
Daily and monthly parking
Daily and public parking
Customers must review the rate, permitted parking period, hours and location instructions before parking. A purchase applies only to the vehicle, facility, date and period identified in the transaction unless the confirmation states otherwise. Staying beyond the purchased period may result in additional charges or other action allowed by law. A purchase does not guarantee a particular individual space unless one is expressly assigned.
Monthly parking
Monthly parking is subject to availability and the rules of the selected plan and facility. Customers must keep their contact, vehicle, license plate and payment information current. Access may be limited to registered vehicles or authorized users, and a monthly plan does not guarantee a specific space unless a separate written agreement says so.
To stop a monthly renewal, cancellation notice must be received at least fourteen (14) days before the next scheduled billing date. If notice arrives later, the next charge may still be processed and cancellation may take effect for the following billing period. Not using the space or removing a vehicle does not cancel an account. Submit cancellation through the applicable monthly parking system or the method provided by Exclusive Parking.
Valet parking services
Exclusive Parking may provide valet operations for hotels, residential properties and other clients. Valet customers must follow reasonable instructions from authorized attendants and should remove or secure valuable and fragile belongings before handing over a vehicle.
When a vehicle is returned, the customer should inspect it and promptly report suspected damage, loss or another incident to on-site personnel. A review may include tickets, photographs, available video, employee records, reservation details, customer statements and other relevant information. Accepting a report is not an admission of responsibility.
Reservations, payments and refunds
Online platforms
Daily reservations may be offered through SpotHero. Monthly enrollment or account services may be offered through QeasyPark. Transactions made on those independent platforms are also subject to their own terms, cancellation rules, payment conditions and privacy practices. Facility use remains subject to these Terms and posted location rules.
Rates and billing
Rates depend on the location and service selected. Accepted methods may include cards, cash where offered, electronic payment, online payment or another authorized method. Customers are responsible for disclosed parking charges, taxes and applicable fees. A declined recurring payment may result in loss or suspension of monthly access.
Refunds and credits
Eligibility depends on the service, facility, cancellation timing, circumstances and any third-party platform rules. Unless required by law or approved by Exclusive Parking, unused time, early departure or a decision not to park does not automatically create a right to a refund or account credit.
Customer and vehicle responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information, maintain legally required vehicle registration and insurance, pay applicable charges, secure vehicles and personal property, protect credentials or access cards, avoid damaging property and promptly report significant incidents. To the extent allowed by law, a customer may be responsible for damage caused by the customer, passengers or vehicle.
Restricted conduct, unauthorized vehicles and towing
Conduct that endangers people or property, disrupts operations or involves hazardous, explosive or unlawful items is prohibited. Subject to California and local law, vehicles may be cited, removed or towed when unauthorized, abandoned, unsafe, blocking access, occupying restricted space or materially violating posted rules. Owners may be responsible for lawful towing and storage charges.
Damage, loss and personal property
Report accidents, suspected theft, vehicle damage or other parking-related incidents as soon as reasonably possible. We may request contact and vehicle information, tickets, reservation details, date, time, location, photographs and a description. The presence of damage or loss at a facility does not by itself establish responsibility. Customers should not leave valuables unsecured and should maintain appropriate vehicle and personal-property insurance.
Access, closures and parking privileges
Maintenance, construction, events, emergencies, property-owner requirements, government action or safety conditions may affect availability. We may suspend or end privileges for nonpayment, fraud, credential misuse, repeated rule violations, unsafe or threatening behavior, property damage or material disruption, subject to applicable law.
Website, content and third parties
This website provides information about Exclusive Parking and its services. Users may not attempt unauthorized access, impair security or operation, introduce malicious software, use automation in a disruptive way, impersonate another person for fraud or use the site unlawfully.
Unless indicated otherwise, our name, logo, graphics, photographs, text and other original website materials are owned by or licensed to Exclusive Parking. Website access does not transfer ownership, and proprietary materials may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission except where law allows.
Links to reservation, payment, mapping and technology providers are provided for convenience. We do not control the content, availability, technology, security or privacy practices of independent services. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
General legal terms
Events outside reasonable control
To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for delays or interruption caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including severe weather, fire, flood, natural disaster, utility or communications failure, government action, civil emergency or labor disruption.
California law and other agreements
These Terms are governed by California law except where another law must apply. Rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain available. If one provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted. Not enforcing a provision once does not waive future enforcement.
Additional written terms may apply to a particular facility, business account, valet operation or property-management relationship. Those terms should be read together with these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms as services, business practices, technology or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be posted here, with any additional notice required by applicable law.
